These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website exodusgotours.com/ and all tours, safaris, excursions, airport transfers and related travel services (the “Services”) provided by Exodus Go Tours & Travel (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the Company”). By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, or making a booking, you (“the Client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
All quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once we have received the required deposit and issued written confirmation. Prices are quoted in the currency shown and may be affected by exchange-rate movements, changes in park fees, government taxes, or fuel costs prior to final confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required to confirm a booking, with the balance due 30 days before the start of the tour. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payment via PayPal, Pesapal, Flutterwave or bank transfer. Any bank charges or transaction fees are the responsibility of the Client.
Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation charges apply, calculated as a percentage of the total tour price (adjust to your policy):
Some third-party services (such as domestic flights, permits and certain lodges) may carry their own non-refundable conditions, which will be passed on to the Client. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation.
While we make every effort to operate all tours as advertised, we reserve the right to alter routes, itineraries, accommodation or transport where necessary due to weather, road conditions, wildlife movements, park regulations, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where a material change is necessary, we will offer a comparable alternative wherever possible.
Comprehensive travel insurance is a condition of travelling with us. Your insurance should cover, as a minimum, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, repatriation, trip cancellation and curtailment, and loss of baggage and personal effects. Our public liability insurance protects the Company and does not replace personal travel insurance for the Client.
It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport, the correct visas, and any required vaccinations or health certificates (such as yellow fever) for travel to Tanzania and any other country on the itinerary. We are not liable for any loss resulting from a Client’s failure to comply with these requirements.
We accept liability for the parts of your tour that are within our direct control, subject to the limits of our public liability insurance. Our public liability insurance provides cover worldwide, excluding the United States of America and Canada; Clients travelling from or through those territories should ensure their own personal travel insurance provides appropriate cover. Safaris and outdoor activities carry inherent risks, including proximity to wild animals and travel on rough terrain. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for injury, illness, death, loss, damage, delay or additional expense arising from events beyond our reasonable control, or from the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, the Client, or other travellers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
Clients must follow the reasonable instructions of our guides and staff, respect wildlife and local communities, and comply with national park rules. We reserve the right to remove from a tour, without refund, any Client whose behaviour endangers themselves, others, or wildlife, or is otherwise seriously disruptive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania (including the laws of Zanzibar where applicable). Any dispute arising from these Terms or your booking shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania. This does not remove any consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@exodusgotours.com or via our contact page.
